Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a bunch of talented creators and designers. Each one brought their own flavor to the mix, leaving their mark in their own unique way. But among this awesome bunch, there’s one who really stands out for consistently taking design to the next level – Monique “Mo” Narboneta. She’s an award-winning graphic designer and illustrator based out of LA and Tokyo, which no doubt you most likely seen her work in bookstores across the country.
As someone who has ventured into the world of product photography as a side gig, I found that showcasing Mo’s work was an effortless and gratifying endeavor. Capturing her designs through photography somehow elevates the product to a whole new level especially since the works are based on editions from New York Times best selling authors such as Alan Moore and Tom King.
